What is Eversell"s return Policy?

Eversell will accept returns up to 60 days after the delivery date.

There is no service charge.

The product must be in new or undamaged conditions, without tear, perfume smell or deforming and in the original packaging. Unworn and Unpacked. Returned products will be inspected and any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

How long does my order take to arrive?

5-10 business days

Please note that shipping time does not include the standard 1-2 business days processing time it takes for the order to ship out.

How secure is my payment information?

Can we help with a defective product?

We apologize if you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to support@eversell.com with your order number and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note that any damaged item outside of a 3o day return window cannot be returned or refunded.
